These reviews are based on consistent, high-quality reviews submitted to the website over a twelve-month period. This recognition allows travellers to identify and book properties which regularly deliver great service.

In order to qualify for this prestigious recognition, an establishment must maintain an overall rating of at least four out of five stars, having been listed on the website for a minimum of twelve months and having a minimum number of reviews.
