A 37-year-old biker of Msida was seriously injured when the motorcycle he was riding was involved in a collision with a Toyota Celica driven by a 41-year-old of Mosta on Wednesday evening.

The accident, the police said, took place in Salvu Dimech Street at 10.15pm.

The biker was taken to the Mosta health centre where he was found to have suffered grievous injuries.
