A biker was grievously injured in an accident that took place in Marsa on Wednesday evening.

The police said the 43-year-old motorcyclist, of Zejtun, was involved in a collision with a River driven by a 39-year-old Nigerian, who lives in Marsascala.

The biker was taken to hospital where he was found to be suffering from grievous injuries.
