Parliamentary Secretary for Persons with Disability Justyne Caruana has visited Saint John Paul II ward in Saint Vincent De Paul as the staff of this particular ward were awarded a certificate from Malta Records for the biggest wreath of flowers.

Dr Caruana praised the initiative by the workers and for coming up with ideas to help make the residents feel happy. She also mentioned that residents helped out in preparing the flower arrangement.

The Parliamentary Secretary said it was this government's mission together with the hospital's administration to not only provide the adequate care for the patients, but to help improve the standard of the aid provided.
