A shooting incident occurred in the early hours of this morning. The police have confirmed that shots were fired in the direction of an apartment in Francesco Balbi road in Ta' Giorni.

Police say the shooting happened at around 2:45am. Three shots appear to have been fired.

A magisterial inquiry was launched. No one was injured. 

Francesco Balbi road is adjacent to George Badger Street, where Caroline Magri was murdered back in September.
