In a statement issued by TownSquare Sliema Ltd, the developers categorically state that the photomontages circulated in the media by Din l-Art Ħelwa showing the Tower as viewed from Valletta and Vittoriosa, are grossly inaccurate and are aimed at misleading public opinions.

TownSquare also supplied a google earth video showing the actual position and visibility of the proposed Tower, to counteract the veracity of their statement. 

TownSquare stated that the Tower does not in any way ruin the historical skyline of Valletta, since it is not visible at all as seen from the top of Sant'Angelo, the highest point in Vittoriosa.  This also confirms that the Tower cannot be seen from Vittoriosa (Birgu).
