Health Minister Chris Fearne and the Chinese Minister for Health, Li Bin, today signed an agreement that should lead to increased collaboration in the medical sector.

The deal includes agreements on traditional Chinese medicine, which are offered at specialised clinics in Malta and Gozo. Mr Fearne said more than 10,000 people had made use of these services in 2016.

More than 70 Chinese specialists offered their services at these clinics. The agreement will see the number increase by another six specialists.
