Intercontinental Malta appoints Roger Friggieri as Executive Chef

Roger Friggieri has recently been appointed as Executive Chef of InterContinental Malta. Mr Friggieri who is from Malta, has operated in the tourism industry for over 25 years across the globe.

With extensive experience, some of Roger's previous appointments include Executive Chef of Corinthia Hotel Tripoli, Cluster Executive Chef of Radisson Blu, Mauritius, and Food and Beverage Director of Hugo's Group where he has been pivotal in establishing them as one of the premier restaurant and entertainment groups on the Maltese Islands.

Mr Friggieri prides himself of his competitive and professional personality, his ability to lead by example and unstoppable drive for perfection and detail. While discussing his new position he mentioned "I am thrilled to be joining a hotel with an already fantastic and well established reputation, it is truly an exciting opportunity for me lead this kitchen brigade and to become part of the InterContinental family".
