"As a country in the heart of Europe we always try to be a reliable partner to the EU"

On the topic of migration, Dr Vella praised Liechtenstein for keeping to its promises to assist in the crisis.

Dr Vella went on to say that it was important to recognise the opportunities Africa presents but to also acknowledge its problems.
