Speaking ahead of this evening's UEFA Champions League second qualifying round, 1st leg meeting with Austrian champions FC Red Bull Salzburg on home soil, Hibernians FC head coach Mark Miller remarked that his side will start as second best against the Austrian champions.
"Realistically Red Bull Salzburg are what they are - a solid, compact and very strong opposition. Still my boys are very well prepared for this and I am sure they will make both club and country proud after these two matches. I watched the Austrians over the weekend in the club friendly against RSC Anderlecht of Belgium and they ran out easy winners 4-1. Very impressive side indeed but as I always state, football is football and anything can happen. Things will be different from the first qualifying round against FCI Tallinn this time round," stated Miller.

The Austrians have enjoyed an impressive pre-season, winning two club friendlies with the same 5-1 scoreline against DAC and Young Boys before succumbing at home in another friendly 2-1 to Wattens. They got back on track with a 4-1 thrashing of Belgian side RSC Anderlecht just three days ago.
FC Red Bull Salzburg head coach Marco Rose looked very relaxed and upbeat during his side's press conference ahead of the meeting against the Maltese champions "We are coming from a very good preparation during our pre-season. We are focused and we want to show and play good football this evening against Hibernians FC.
"Football is all about playing good football! We want to qualify for the next round of this competition but of course first we have the match against Hibernians and then take it from there," stated head coach Marco Rose of Germany.
The match will be played at the Hibernians Stadium, Paola with the kick off at 8.30pm.
