A 40-year-old man was arraigned before Magistrate Paul Coppini facing charges related to attempted theft from a shop in Victoria. The man admitted to plans to steal from the shop located in Triq Fortunato Mizzi.

The man currently resides in Gozo.

Police Inspector Bernard Charles Spiteri led the prosecution.

The court decided to conditionally discharge the accused.
