Two men were injured yesterday evening after a three-storey zorb ball jump went wrong, the police said.
The accident happened at Gnejna Bay at 5.45pm.
The two men jumped three storeys off the Riviera Martinique cliff and ended on the rocks below.
With the place being inaccessible, an Armed Forces of Malta helicopter was despatched to air-lift one of the men, 31 of Swieqi, who was seriously injured.
The other man, aged 28 and also of Swieqi, was slightly hurt.
Civil Protection Department officers and members of the Red Cross were on site to give assistance.
