A worker was seriously injured this morning when he fell off scaffolding in Dawret il-Gzejjer Street, St Paul’s Bay, the police said.

The accident happened in a hotel at 8.30am, the police added, without naming the establishment.

The Serbian 54-year-old was taken to Mater Dei Hospital for treatment.
