Did you ever dream of becoming a cabin crew member? Now is your chance. Air Malta has launched a call for applicants wishing to attend cabin crew training courses.
The Maltese National Airline offers its very own Cabin Crew Training Course that is designed and delivered by its instructors with over 15 years of training experience. These courses are especially designed for aspiring cabin crew wishing to achieve the requirements to fly on any EASA approved airline. Air Malta's training courses are regulated and endorsed by Transport Malta.
At the end of the training, trainees who successfully pass all the requirements are awarded with an Attestation and an Air Malta cabin crew training certificate. Trainees will be given the A319 and A320 type rating which are the two aircraft types in the Air Malta fleet and also very popular with major airlines in Europe and beyond.
The training consists of a combination of both theoretical and practical modules. These include the legally required cabin crew initial training elements and customer service. Training is not only done in classrooms but also in mock-up cabin environments to facilitate learning.
Air Malta does not guarantee employment to any of its trainees. However, by completing this training, trainees will become eligible to apply for any cabin crew vacancies Air Malta may issue from time to time.
The Air Malta A320 Family Cabin Crew Certification is the only approved cabin crew course valid for employment with Air Malta.
