Pendergardens has announced that in the coming months Optika Opticians will be opening their brand-new store within the retail area of their premises in St. Julian's. 

Optika Opticians is a family run business, operating since 1965 with over fifty years of experience in the optical sector. The new outlet at Pendergardens will be Optika's fourth store in Malta as the company upholds its position as one of the most trusted opticians on the island.

The retail units will also benefit from the captive market of the almost 300 apartments within the development and the 5,500m2 of office space within the overlying 'Pendergardens Business Centre'

The commercial area at Pendergardens consists of seven double height shops, a large supermarket, operated by Valyou Supermarkets, a fitness centre with an outdoor pool and ample underground parking. The addition of this outlet in the new retail area will not only attract people that resides in a peaceful and tranquil setting at Pendergardens, but also non-residents in search of services for all aspects of their eye care.

In addition to testing facilities and optometric clinical health services, Optika's outlet at Pendergardens will offer a vast range of products from high-end, premium fashion brands such as Ray-Ban, Cartier, BVLGARI, Tiffany & Co, Giorgio Armani and many others, as well as contact lenses and lens care products.
