'Coronation Street' fans will be missing out on some of the action next week as two episodes of the popular show will not be screened to make way for football.
England's games against Malta and Slovakia in the World Cup qualifiers will be taking its place on ITV instead on 1 and 4 September.
This isn't the first time Coronation Street episodes were left disappointed as their favourite programme had to make way for sport..
And it seems it has been one change too many, as soap fans took to social media to vent their anger about the switch up, the Daily Star reports.
One said: "ITV messing about with the schedules again for football. I'm sick of it."
Another added: "Yet another soap moved for football, what if you don't want to watch it?"
