Mr Justice Emeritus Lawrence Quintano, the Chairperson of the Permanent Commission against Corruption, has been elected to the Executive Committee of the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights during the Annual Conference of the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA).

Minister for Justice, Culture and Local Government Owen Bonnici congratulated Mr Justice Emeritus Lawrence Quintano on his election.

The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) is the EU's centre of fundamental rights expertise and helps to ensure that the fundamental rights of people living in the EU are protected.
