Malta captain Stevie Camilleri regained his finishing touch as he scored practically half of the goals, in an easy 21-6 win against Perù to qualify to the semifinal where they will play Saudi Arabia.
Camilleri scored ten goals periodically in every session to lead the national team. Now his goal scoring tally is 24 goals, an average of four goals per game.
Malta won the first session 5-1 with Camilleri scoring four goals in the first session. Karl Izzo's team continued to dominate the game and scored another five goals while in two sessions they conceded three goals to their opponents.
Malta's captain scored another two goals in the third session from a penalty and counter-attack, as Malta continued to control without difficulty.
