A man has suffered serious injuries after getting trapped between a cherry-picker and balcony where he was working.

The police were informed about the incident on Rue D'Argens in Gzira at 3.15pm

Members of the Civil Protection Department and a medical team went on site. The man was taken to Mater Dei Hospital after suffering grievous injuries.

Investigations are ongoing.
