Prime Minister Joseph Muscat has left Malta for Dubai, to address a conference called the 'Global Citizenship Seminar'.  The event will be held tomorrow and he is due back on Thursday.

According to the Henley & Partners website: "Henley & Partners is hosting a Global Citizenship Seminar in Dubai at the luxurious Palace Hotel in Downtown Dubai this October.
