The police are on the hunt for a man who was involved in a hold-up which took place at a convenience store in Swatar.

The hooded assailant committed the offence at 3.45pm, and is believed to have a stolen a significant amount of cash.

The offender, who brandished a pistol when committing the hold-up, escaped with a bicycle.

No one was injured during the incident.
