Malta, like the rest of the British Commonwealth, commemorated Remembrance Sunday today, paying tribute to the fallen servicemen and civilians of the two world wars.
Archbishop Charles J Scicluna led Mass at St John's Co-Cathedral, which was attended by President Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, with the Speaker, MPs from both sides of the House, and members of the diplomatic corps.
The President inspected a Guard of Honour on St John Square before the Mass.
Flowers were later laid on the War Memorial in Floriana.
