A year after Matthew Caruana's tragic death in a motorcycle accident, his close friend Kelly Busuttil wrote a song to commemorate his life.

Caruana, 25, died in a motorcycle accident which occurred on 13 November on the Coast Road.  The young man from Naxxar died following an accident in which he lost control of his bike and crashed into a barrier.

The young singer wrote a song for Matthew Caruana called 'Until we meet again'.

"One year ago a great guy has left us, for a place that we have never seen, for a reason we do not know.....All I know is that I was lucky enough to have you in my life's journey. This is for you #MatthewCaruana", she wrote on Facebook.

Kelly has told this newspaper that this song is dedicated to Matthew Caruana and all those "who have lost someone dear".
