The compilation of evidence against three men accused of murdering journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia will start on Thursday, the police said today.
The proceedings, which will lead to a decision on whether there is enough evidence for thre three men to face trial, will be before Magistrate Donatella Frendo Dimech. The first hearing will be on Thursday at 9am.
Alfred Degiorgio, 52, George Degiorgio, 54 and Vincent Muscat, 55, are accused of murder, conspiracy, forming part of a criminal gang, using explosives to kill, being in possession of explosives and relapsing.
