Hili Properties has announced that: (a) Margrith Lutschg Emmenegger has resigned from the office of chairperson and director of the company with effect from 7th December, and Martin Xuereb has resigned from the office of director of the company with effect from 7th December.

The board of directors thanks Ms Lutschg Emmenegger and Mr Xuereb for their service to the company;

(b) Carmelo Hili, an existing member of the board of directors of the company, has been appointed to the post of chairman of the board of directors with effect from 7th December; and

(c) Dr Laragh Cassar and Richard Abdilla Castillo have been appointed as non-executive directors of the company with effect from 7th December.

Dr Laragh Cassar has been appointed as non-executive director and Audit Committee member of the company with effect from 7th December. Dr Cassar is a lawyer by profession and she is currently also appointed as non-executive director with Dizz Finance plc and non-executive director and company secretary with Medserv plc.
