On 21 December and for the 19th consecutive year, Link School of English presented the EFL Teachers' Award to one of its teachers. This year's award went to Nathalie Bamber, who showed remarkable enthusiasm and professionalism in her work in 2017.

During the award presentation, the directors of Link School of English Roger and Gillian de Gaetano congratulated Bamber on recently completing her CELTA qualification. Bamber, the second Link School teacher to complete her CELTA in 2017, thanked the school directors and manager George de Gaetano for their encouragement and support throughout her professional development journey. When asked which adjectives they would use to describe their teacher, her Beginner students replied that [Ms Bamber] is "...careful. No... cheerful. A very good teacher". Her colleagues said that they have been inspired by her example.
