A 53-year-old man from Zebbug was grievously injured today, after a rock fell on him while he was working on a construction site.
The incident, a police statement read, occurred at 3.50pm, on Trejqet il-Bajja, St Julian's.
The man was taken to hospital.
A magisterial inquiry is underway.
