A motorcyclist was seriously injured on Friday afternoon after he was involved in a traffic accident in St Andrew’s, the police said.

The biker, a 40-year-old of St Paul’s Bay, was riding a Honda CBR which was involved in a crash with a Suzuki Samurai driven by a 20-year-old of Pembroke.

The biker was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The car driver was unhurt.

The accident happened at 1.15pm.
