Konnekt was originally set up in 2007. Last year marked their 10th anniversary. This year brought an update to give their image a more contemporary style, with the introduction of a new logo for 2018.
What brought you to Konnekt?
I joined Konnekt nearly 4 years ago as a recruitment specialist. I came to Konnekt on the lookout with for a career change, not knowing that I will end up joining Konnekt. I met a number of recruiters, and was also offered to shadow people on the job. Seeing the way that Konnekt employees worked, with such a passion for what they do, the decision was easy to make..
What made you stay?
My role evolved during the years and I am currently managing the Generalist Team. The Generalist team manages a variety of roles from engineering, to marketing, to administration, and human resources. At Konnekt I found a second family who helped me grow in a job that I love, helping people succeed whilst always doing what is right. In working with Konnekt I have also learned the true meaning of passion. Helping candidates find the right job for them and assisting our clients to succeed in their business is what keeps us going.
How did your team evolve during the four years since you joined Konnekt?
The Generalist Team evolved considerably, growing from to 11 team members today and managing a number of varied roles from different industries. Konnekt offers continuous training opportunities, helping the team members grow professionally as their roles grew over the years. Apart from this, at Konnekt there is a learning culture and I feel I learn something new everyday, from the roles we work on, to the people we meet. Communication between the 11 team members and within Konnekt in general is vital and this is the key to our success story.
Konnekt was established in 2007 and has evolved into Malta’s largest and most innovative recruitment agency. Konnekt grew into what it is today thanks to the efforts of its passionate team members, and the candidates and companies it has brought together since then.
