People gathered at the Birzebbugia church to pay their last respects to Lorry and Doreen Pulis, the couple who lost their lives in a traffic incident last month in Australia.

Doreen and Lorry Pulis were aged 58 and 57 and resided in Birzebbuga.

Five people were in the car when it collided with the semi-trailer then crashed into a fence at Bow Bowing, near Campbelltown.

Their tragic death was a shock to many.
