There is a need for more participation of women in all aspects of society, including decision-making positions, Labour MEP Miriam Dalli says.

Apart from tacking issues like domestic violence, society should also work to have more women in decision-making positions, Dalli says in her vlog.

The participation of women in the Maltese Parliament is still among the lowest, while less than half of Maltese private companies have a woman as a director. This needs to change, Dalli says.
