Maltese Trap Shooter Brian Galea is leading The Trap Event of the first day qualifications, at The Commonwealth Games Gold Coast 2018.
Brian had a very good start with 24/25 in his first round and missed also only one clay in his second for anther 24/25.
He is leading with 48/50, followed by The British shooter, Aaron Heading with 48/50 (count back rule). and Mitchel Iles Crevatin from Australia with 47/50.
The Trap event will continue tomorrow morning with each of the 40 competitors to shoot another 3 rounds of 25 clays for a total of 125 clays.
The top six shooters will qualify for the final stages to be held in the afternoon to determine the podium positions.
