Steward Health Care Malta has just launched its first advertising campaign titled "I am a Steward", featuring a host of clinical and non-clinical staff from Karin Grech Hospital and Gozo General Hospital.
The campaign plays on the meaning of the word 'Steward', which refers to a person who actively manages affairs, and looks after people, in this case people's health. The tagline for the campaign, "Stewards of your health.
Treating care as a calling.", further emphasizes the meaning of the word 'Steward' and focuses on how working in health care is a vocation for the vast majority of workers.
The purpose of the campaign is to celebrate the company's hard-working employees and recognize that these 'Stewards' are the biggest asset of the organisation.Commenting on the new campaign, Steward Health Care Malta Communications Director Alessandra Pace stated, "This is an important campaign which focuses on the human side of the organisation. Steward Health Care Malta is made up of over 1500 talented and enthusiastic professionals who make a significant difference in their community every single day.
Through this campaign, we'll be sharing the experiences of our employees and giving the public insight on what motivates our people to work in health care".After taking over the public private partnership last February, Steward Health Care Malta has held discussions with several unions to provide them and their members with peace of mind with regards to employee conditions and with regards to the company's plans. In the coming weeks, the company will be revealing more news on developments that are in progress.
