The Gozo ferry service has resumed its normal services after a three-hour suspension following a bomb threat.
The threat was received at 11am and, after searches conducted on two vessels were negative, the service resumed after 2.30pm.
A statement by the Gozo Ministry said that the service was suspended until the necessary searches are carried out to avoid any risks.
In the meantime, the queue at both ends - Mgarr and Cirkewwa - started to pile up given the interruption of the service between the two islands.
