Footballer Mario Balotelli and TV host Alessia Marcuzzi expressed their support to Maltese singer Emma Muscat, who this Saturday faces elimination from the talent show Amici.

Amici judges will have to decide who to eliminate between her and rival contender Carmen Ferrari.

Italian celebrities have been having their say and showing their support for the two singers. Italian striker Mario Balotelli went out in full support for Emma, having words of encouragement and telling the Maltese singer to never give up.

Alessia Marcuzzi, Italian TV host, also expressed her support for Emma, adding that she thought the Maltese singer has what it taken to become an international superstar.

Conversely, swimmer Federica Pellegrini showed her support to Carmen Ferrari.

Next Saturday people will be choosing their favourite to win this round via tele-voting.
