Clouds of dust have been covering the upper part of St Julian’s as two villas are being demolished in Birkirkara Hill.

No water was sprinkled – as the law requires – to contain the dust particles.

At one point, the air was so thick that a driver nearly crashed into the wall due to the poor visibility.
