The Italian Trap shooter Frasca Ermenio won The Malta International Open Grand Prix 2018, Trap Event that was organised by the Malta Shooting Sports Federation.
This event was historic for The MSSF as it is hopefully the last International Event to be organized at The Bidnija shooting ranges that were open since the 1970s. Around fifty shooters from Malta, Italy, Finland and Lebanon competed in this trap event that was on 125 clays and the final stages, for the podium positions.

The President of The Malta Shooting Sport Federation, Savior Portelli thanked all the athletes that competed in this event and also the organising committee while he invited all members for the official opening of The Malta National Shooting Complex next Friday 18th May at 6.00pm. The next International event will be The ISSF World Cup Malta 2018, that will be organised at Ta Gandja, Siggiewi, where over 400 top World shooters will be competing and over 100 official are coming for this event.
