Elmo Insurance Ltd recently organised a team-building event for all its staff at The University Residence in Lija. With the presence and participation of more than 80 employees and senior officials from Elmo Insurance, the event was a great success.

The event was exclusively designed to promote team work, leadership skills and performance through participation in exciting games and activities. Events like this encourage our staff to build relationships away from the office environment with the scope of helping to improve  their communication and teamwork skills.

William Harding, chairman and David Bartoli, managing director of Elmo Insurance, said: "Through the various team-building activities, we wanted to renew focus on enhancing co-operation and promoting effective bonding between all members of staff."
