A passenger was injured when the car she was in fell into a valley in Qormi, the police said today.

The accident took place in Ghar Hanzir, Wied il-Kbira, at 11.30pm.

Three other passengers in the car, and the driver, a 23-year-old man of Mosta, were unhurt.

The injured passenger is a 21-year-old woman of Iklin.

The police are investigating.
