INDEPTH: Corporal punishment still exists across all social classes

The use of corporal punishment in Malta is still found to exist within all classes of society, explained Services Manager from Agenzija Appogg Roberta Agius. Contradicting so called perceptions that lower income families utilise corporal punishment more, Agius said that studies around the world  have shown that the use of corporal punishment on children are across all social classes. Agius was being interviewed on the latest edition of INDEPTH by The Malta Independent editor-in-chief Rachel Attard.
