Beach soccer: Jude Amin Utulu appointed to officiate at the Euro Winners Cup 2018 final tournament

FIFA Beach Soccer Referee Jude Amin Utulu, has been appointed to officiate at the sixth edition of this European clubs' competition.

The Portughese coast of Nazaré for the second consecutive time will host the Final Tournament being held next week from 28th May to 03rd June.  

Once more, the best clubs of each of the European National Football Associations will travel to this Portughese venue to battle it out on the sandy coast touching the Atlantic Sea, in pursuit of being crowned European champions. (SC Braga of Portugal will be the defending champions).

26 out of the 34 teams already know their match details for the preliminary group stage; they will be joined by another 8 teams (which will be decided in the days before the competition at the Nazaré Beach Soccer Cup from 25th to 27th May, who topped their groups and qualified for the Euro Winners Cup).

Besides the men's competition, in what will be the third edition of the Women Euro Winners Cup 2018, at the same time the 20 best female teams from across the European continent, will first have to battle it out in five groups before going on for the next stages and the championship win. (Havana Shots Aargau of Switzerland will be the defending champions).

In both competitions, apart from the last 16, followed by the quarter-final, semi-finals and the final, there will also be the play-offs to decide each team's final ranking.
