Following an agreement with the Malta Tourism Authority, Heritage Malta received the assistance of a team of skilled workers who were tasked with carrying out maintenance and landscaping works at the Ġgantija Temples Heritage Park. In the first cycle of works, the MTA team replaced the existing concrete boundary wall with a low-lying 150m retaining wall. This rubble wall provided a secure barrier at the periphery of the temples' forecourt and complemented the aesthetic of the grounds' landscape.
