Footage taken underwater shows considerable damage suffered by a tanker which ran aground on 10 February.

The footage was uploaded on Facebook by Raniero Borg of Raniero's Adventures.

The 885-tonne Hephaestus ran aground at Qawra and is still wedged on the rocks although preparations to pull it off are at an advanced stage.
