Zach Zammit racing driver of the Island Car Club Malta competed in the eleventh and twelfth round of the Midland Hill climb Championship of England. In the eleventh round Zammit won his class and ended the race as one of the 12 fastest drivers and thus qualified for the run-offs, hence competing with the other eleven drivers. Here Zammit qualified fourth after experiencing some technical problems with his Empire Racecar.

Zammit resolved the technical problems on time for the twelfth round which he finished in second place of his class and, again qualified for the run offs between the best 12 drivers, including some competing in bigger classes than his. This time Zammit ended second best overall. The championship still has six more rounds and Zammit is currently occupying the second place. These two rounds took place at Prescott Speed Hill Climb in Gloucestershire.
