The conclusions of the Egrant magisterial inquiry does not exonerate OPM chief of staff Keith Schembri and Minister Konrad Mizzi, the Nationalist Party said in a statement on Monday.
They are the closest people to Prime Minister Joseph Muscat, and both admitted to holding companies in Panama, the PN said.
Konrad Mizzi is wrong to say that the magisterial inquiry exonerated him, the PN said.
The PN accepted the outcome of the inquiry, because it had confidence in the law courts, but says that Muscat has a political responsibility to shoulder because of what Mizzi and Schembri did.
Now that the inquiry is concluded, the people expect to know the whole truth and the Attorney General should publish the whole inquiry, the PN said.
