A 74-year-old man was hospitalized on Monday morning after he fell from a scaffold.

The man was doing maintenance work at his own home in St Paul’s Bay, the police said.

He fell from a height of around one storey.

The accident took place at around 1030am at Dawret il-Gzejjer.

The man was rushed to Mater Dei Hospital in an ambulance.

His condition is not yet known.
