BirdLife Malta's offices in Ta' Xbiex were broken into during the night between Saturday and Sunday, the organisation said in a statement.

“It seems that the person/s who forcefully entered the building stole some money and items such as cameras,” Birdlife said in a statement.

The police are investigating and have elevated footage from the CCTV system installed on the premises, it said.
