A 53-year-old motorbike rider was seriously injured early this morning, in a crash involving two other vehicles.

The incident occurred at 7.45 am, on Marina Street, Msida. The incident involved a two cars driven by a 24-year-old and a 33-year-old and the motorbike. The 53-year-old motorbike rider is an Mside resident, and was taken to hospital.

Part of the road was closed to traffic, and police investigations are ongoing.
