A car has overturned near Dawret il-Gudja, Gudja, and the Civil Protection Department as well as an ambulance went on site to help extract the driver, the police have confirmed.

The driver of the Suzuki Samurai in question was a 74-year-old from Fgura. The incident occurred at 9.30 am.

The man's condition is not yet known.
