A 45-year-old motorcyclist from Senglea was seriously injured this afternoon when he lost control of his motorbike, a Daelim Daystar, which overturned.

The accident happened on Sa Maison Road in Floriana.  He was taken to hospital for treatment and was later certified as having been seriously injured.
